		For our customers that run dispatchOffice™ locally on their own servers, iTech has a team of skilled individuals with strong experience in building, deploying, and maintaining hardware and OS platforms that support dispatchOffice.

		The most recent addition to the routing products supported by dispatchOffice is Appian Direct Route. The Appian product can be used for single-pickup routes as well as more complex multi-pickup routing scenarios. The Direct Route product also allows us to send cube and weight information so that only routes that could be actually handled with your vehicles are created.


Wireless Hardware Partners
		Penchant is now a certified ISV (Independent Software Vendor) in the highly-regarded Motorola/Symbol PartnerSelect program. The Motorola enterprise mobility PartnerSelect program has been awarded VARBusiness Magazine’s 5-Star rating for four consecutive years. Our Deo_RBN wireless software is Motorola Enterprise Mobility Validated and is most often used with Motorola/Symbol MC9000, MC70, MC75, and MC35 devices.

		Penchant has integrated the @Road hardware so that @Road device users can integrate the GPS and job-status history received from @Road into dispatchOffice™.


Wireless Carriers
		Cingular wireless maintains an excellent GPRS/GSM platform for use with our Deo_RBN family of wireless software.

		The Penchant Deo_TCP family of devices have been used on the Sprint/Nextel network since 2000.

		Cable and Wireless operates a completely digital GSM/GPRS capable network in Jamaica.
